1. IC Formulations works with factories that have undertaken a sustainability initiative; Most factories are ISO14001 certified (Environmental management system) which allows them to operate within best practices to reduce environmental impacts.

2. An emphasis on efficient forecasting and purchasing systems to ensure our goods are imported by sea, helping to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible.

3. ERP implementation- reducing the amount of paperwork needing to be printed by 40% for order processing and invoicing.

4. Printers- Implementation of energy star certified machines and all printing jobs are defaulted to double-sided at the IT level to save paper. Printing as minimally as possible.

5. PIR lighting controls at IC Formulations facilities.

6. Moving 90% of meetings to online/home to office mileage reduced.

7. We promote reuse and recycling, as well as the use of supplies that are recycled and recyclable at all locations.

8. We encourage active Water conservation measures throughout our supply chain.

9. We reduce consumer consumption of single-use plastics, use environmentally friendly paper, and recycle where possible, including packaging supplies and plastics.

10. We lower indirect emissions by finding alternatives to travel where we can, and by encouraging colleagues to choose travel options that are better for the environment.
